Is the audit really free?
Yes. You get the findings either way. We only charge to do the work, never to tell you what's wrong.
What does it cost?
It depends on what actually needs fixing. The audit shows which pieces are leaking, and we build the plan together from there — one piece at a time, not a package you have to swallow whole. You'll know the exact number before you decide anything.
Am I locked in?
There's no minimum commitment. It's month-to-month, your notice period is set out in your agreement, and you keep your data, your number and your contacts either way.
How fast can we go live?
Most setups are live within about two weeks of your intake. Timing depends on how quickly we get access, your content and your sign-off, so we'll confirm your dates at setup.
Do I have to change my number or my website?
No. The system runs on a dedicated number we set up for you. Use it as your main line, or keep your existing one and forward it to ours — that way the number you advertise stays yours whatever happens. Your website stays where it is.
What does Serapion actually do?
We build and run the marketing behind appointment-based businesses: your Google Business Profile and reviews, a website that books, missed-call text back and an AI assistant that answers 24/7, email and text campaigns to past clients, Google and Meta ads, and social media.
